A BIT ABOUT LACOCK

The village hall is situated in the centre of the beautiful National trust village of Lacock, just a short walk from Lacock abbey and Fox Talbot photographic museum
Dating back to the 13th-century the village has remained largely unchanged over the centuries and has many lime washed half-timbered and stone houses. With its picturesque streets and historic buildings, it is famous for being used as a television and film location.
The Abbey, located at the heart of the village with its medieval rooms and cloister court gives a sense of the Abbey's monastic past and was once the home of the pioneer of photography William Fox Talbot.

A popular tourist spot the village is busy all year round with visitors from around the world, soaking up the atmosphere visiting the historic Abbey and Fox Talbot photographic museum and to see where the Harry Potter films, Cranford, Emma and Pride and Prejudice to name just a few of the films that have used Lacock as a film location.

So why not have a day out in Lacock, pop into our traditional craft fair selling and displaying handcrafted items by local artists, designers and skilled craftsmen, have a bite to eat then take a stroll around our beautiful village.

HAVING A STALL AT D&K CRAFT FAIRS IN LACOCK

PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING FOR A BOOKING FORM.
All work must be made by yourself
We do not allow mass produced or bought in goods, or items made outside the UK.
No bookings are taking until we have seen your work
Stalls are NOT be allocated on a first come first served basis, but on their suitability for the craft fair.

Room for 10 to 20 stalls. Table and chairs supplied.

SET UP
Summer time - Set-up from 9.30am ~ we open to the public at 11.00am finishing at 5.00pm
Winter time - Set-up from 9.15am ~ we open to the public at 10.30am finishing at 4.30pm
No access to the hall is available before these times, unless otherwise arranged

UNLOADING AND PARKING
Parking is free. For unloading please see booking form

REFRESHMENTS
The kitchen will be open and selling a variety of light lunches, snacks and delicious homemade cakes to eat in or take away.
