STOURHEAD CRAFT MARKET, STOURTON, WILTSHIRE ~ D&K CRAFT FAIRS 2012

Our craft market is in a prime location, beside the farm shop situated next to the entrance to the National Trust car park at Stourhead located directly in front of the farm shop, which means as coaches and cars come in to park they cannot help but pass our colourful gazebos and stalls, so a steady footfall is to be expected.

The farm shop is situated on the Stourhead Estate, home to the National Trust's celebrated 18th-century landscape garden and Palladian mansion. The farm shop with their friendly staff, stock a wide range of produce from the Stourhead estate and surrounding area, more details can be found on their website here.

A LITTLE BIT ABOUT STOURHEAD HOUSE AND GARDENS
The spectacular Stourhead landscape garden with its magnificent lake, classical temples and backdrop of rare and exotic trees makes this hugely popular with visitors and tourists from around the world. Stourhead is one of the best examples of the English landscape style of garden, and is wonderful place to visit all year around.
The lake and house are at the heart of a 1,072-hectare (2,650-acre) estate where chalk downs, ancient woods and farmland are managed for people and wildlife to enjoy. More details can be found on the National Trust website here

Set-up from 8.00am ~ we open to the public at 10.00am till 4.00pm
Please do not set up until we are on site

UNLOADING AND PARKING
FREE PARKING. Unload next to your pitch and park in the staff car park behind the farm shop. For further details please see booking form

REFRESHMENTS
The Farm shop have been very kind in allowing us the use of the staff kitchen to make tea and coffee which we will supply free of change. There is also a microwave if you wish to heat food up.
Please bring your own cups.

DIRECTIONS AND MAP ~ The Farm Shop is beside the National Trust car park at Stourhead. As you enter the car park the shop and our own parking are immediately on the left. The Stourhead Estate itself is just off the A303, the main route from London to Devon and Cornwall, about half way between London and Exeter. Follow the brown signs from the A303.

Coming from the North, e.g. Frome or Centre Parcs, take the B3092 and follow the brown signs.
