VENUE
Lacock Village Hall, Lacock, Near Chippenham, Wiltshire SN15 2LF
ITEMS SOLD
All items for sale must be made by the stall holder, or the stall
holder must be the crafter's personal representative.
Please note, we will not take any bookings until your work has been
seen either in person or via photographs or website.
NO Mass Produced or bought in goods
We will not accept people selling mass-produced
goods. If stall holders knowingly sell such items, those items will
be removed and such sellers will not be permitted to attend further
fairs. Any event fees paid by stall holders who have flouted this
condition will be forfeited.
PRESENTATION
All tables must be covered to the floor and be well presented.
TABLE SIZE
Table size 6 ft x 2ft Tables and chairs are
supplied.
Space is limited so extra floor stands will only be allowed if space
is available and will be subject to a small fee.
ELECTRICS
Please let us know when you book if you require
electricity, as sockets are limited and there will be a first booked
first sorted policy, that said every effort will be made to accommodate
your needs.
All appliances, plugs and leads must be certified
as PATS compliant, or you will not be able to use them.
BOOKING
Bookings will only be held on receipt of payment.
A deposit of your first table fee is required with your booking
form. This will pay for your last fair booked with us. Confirmation
will be made on receipt of booking form and payment.
SET UP
Summer time - Set-up from 9.30am ~ we open
to the public at 11.00am finishing at 5.00pm
Winter time - Set-up
from 8.30am ~ we open to the public at 10.00am finishing at 4.00pm
No access to the hall is available before these times, unless otherwise
arranged.
UNLOADING
Please unload your car at the end of the road
by the Tithe barn and Red Lion pub NOT outside the hall; We do not
want the road blocked or residents disturbed. After unloading, please
park in the car park at the back of the Red Lion or to the rear
of the hall.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If a stall holder cancels a months notice is
required please. Any cancellations made less than one calendar month
before the event date, for any reason, will forfeit the total fee
paid. Cancellations maybe be made by telephone or email, but must
be confirmed in writing as soon as possible.
Immediate table price deposit is required after cancellation to
secure further dates you may have made.
CANCELLATION OF CRAFT FAIR.
In the unlikely event of the fair being
cancelled or the venue being unavailable owing to circumstances
beyond our control,
we will endeavour to arrange another date in the near future, or
refund your money in full.
PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE
All Stall holders must have their own
Public/Product liability insurance. Please send a copy with your
booking form or bring it with you when you attend your first fair.
Copies will be kept on file for our records.
We are not responsible for damage to or theft of your stock/property
whilst you are attending our Fairs.
REFRESHMENTS
The kitchen will be open and selling
a variety of light lunches, snacks and delicious homemade cakes
to eat in or take away.
OUR ASSURANCE
As with any event, we cannot guarantee
visitor numbers but we will do our utmost to ensure that you have
a successful fair, but bad weather or interruption of power or services
is out of our control.
With continued web presence, radio and constant advertising, we
hope 2010 will prove to be successful year for all involved.
