Please read the following terms and conditions
carefully, if you do not agree to these terms you will not be
able to attend our events.
ITEMS SOLD
All items for sale must be made by the stall holder, or the stall
holder must be the crafter's personal representative.
Please note, we will not take any bookings until your work has been
seen either in person or via photographs or website.
NO Mass Produced or finished bought in goods
We will not accept people selling mass-produced,
bought in goods. If stall holders knowingly sell such items, those
items will be removed and such sellers will not be permitted to
attend further fairs. Any event fees paid by stall holders who have
flouted this condition will be forfeited.
PRESENTATION
All table's must be covered to the floor on 3 sides and be well
presented.
TABLE SIZE
Table size is approximately 6 ft x 2ft. Tables
and chairs are supplied, unless otherwise stated on booking form.

ELECTRICS
Please let us know when you book if you require
electricity, as sockets are limited and there will be a first booked
first sorted policy, that said every effort will be made to accommodate
your needs.
All appliances, plugs and leads must be certified
as PATS compliant, or you will not be able to use them.
BOOKING
Bookings will only be held on receipt of payment.
A deposit of your first table fee is required with your booking
form. All bookings must be paid for a month before the date of the
event booked. Confirmation will be made on receipt of booking form
and payment.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If a stall holder cancels a months notice is
required please – Any cancellations made less than one calendar
month before the event date, for any reason, will forfeit the total
fee paid for said event.
Immediate table price deposit is required after cancellation to
secure further dates you may have made.
CANCELLATION OF CRAFT FAIR.
D&K Craft fairs will put in place
all reasonable plans to ensure
that the craft fair goes ahead as advertised. However, we cannot
be held responsible for events which are outside our control which
lead to a change in, or cancellation of the fair. In the unlikely
event of the fair being cancelled or the venue being unavailable
owing to circumstances beyond our control we will endeavour to arrange
another date in the near future.
Once a booking has been confirmed booking fees are non refundable.
PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE
All Stall holders must have their own
Public/Product liability insurance.
Please send a copy with your booking form or bring it with you when
you attend failure to do so wil mean you cannot attend.
It is your personal responsibility to ensure you trade legally and
safely at all times.
In addition, we are not responsible for damage to or theft of your
stock/property whilst you are attending our Fairs.

OUR ASSURANCE
As with any event, we cannot guarantee
visitor numbers but we will do our utmost to ensure that you have
a successful fair, but bad weather or interruption of power or services
is out of our control.
With continued web presence, radio and constant advertising, we
hope 2011 will prove to be successful year for all involved.
D&K Craft Fairs reserves the right to amend these terms and
conditions at any time and without prior notice.
Booking a table with us us constitutes your acceptance of our terms
and conditions.
